CIO · IT Operations Director · IT Consultant

I bring order to IT operations and make them manageable

25 years in IT — from support engineer to head of IT departments of up to 98 people. I build teams and processes from scratch, turning chaotic operations into a transparent model with a clear budget and measurable SLAs. I embed data and AI so they work for the business, not stay a slide deck.

  • 25+ years in IT, 21+ in management. Teams of up to 98 people.
  • 18.5 years at a single company (Beeline) — from engineer to head of unit
  • Incident SLA up to 100%
  • FinOps cost optimization by 17%

Approach

Diagnose and prioritize first, then drive managed change

The strength isn't in "doing one more project" — it's in connecting strategy, architecture, operations, people, budget and security into a single working system. Evolutionary development, without interruptions or breaks. The result: a reliable, sustainable system.

  1. 1

    Diagnose the current state

Identify the real bottlenecks: processes, architecture, people, contractors, data, incidents, total cost of ownership.

  2. 2

    Build a change plan

Develop a realistic plan with business priorities, target metrics, areas of responsibility and rollout stages.

  3. 3

    Implement without management noise

Roll out changes so the team and the business understand what is being done, why, and in what sequence.

  4. 4

    Hand over a sustainable model

Leave behind not just results, but a manageable system: processes, metrics, roles, governance and a transparent operational picture.
